Our Process

1. We discuss plans directly with you and scope a draft plan to provide an initial size and scale of the home planning. We also investigate other areas that impact costs. This can include building sand pads, decking, driveways, & power supply, as well as items like tanks and septic systems if rural.
   By including these areas, we obtain a more transparent picture of the total cost and discuss what the budget is feasible to work with.
   
2. The design process takes place with all areas covered. We can work with one of our designers or yours to draught a set of plans then proceed to estimate pricing. We involve sub-trades to get more detailed costing. By focusing on parts large and small, our estimate pricing is more accurate. If the renovation has a large scope, we use colour coded plans for trades to price. This allows the client to see what has been allowed in areas like painting, gib stopping, bricklaying and tiling etc.
   
3. The build process starts once all questions have been answered with full transparency of costs and build time. At Begovich Builders NZ, our professional approach from start to finish is apparent throughout the whole process. A premium build finished with a professional result.
