Whether you have architectural, or draftsman plans or just a vision, we’ll scope all possibilities with the grand plan in mind. This step allows us to align our approach with your expectations, ensuring a seamless renovation.

2. Preliminary Budgeting – Planning for Feasibility
Understanding costs is essential. At this stage, we assess whether your renovation is financially viable or if a staged renovation (over two or three phases) would be the best approach. This helps you make informed decisions about what’s achievable within your budget.

3. Design & Cost Estimation
Once a concept is set, we can collaborate with your preferred designer or ours to draft detailed renovation plans.
